Hardly any staff to care for the residents they have. Staff they do have appear run down and overworked. No management to be seen. Poor girls are being ran to a death with little or no help. Unintentionally neglecting residents due to needs by others. Take your family elsewhere so they can get the care they deserve.

Grand View Care Center was very large. My concern was that I was put on a waiting list and they just took my information on a sticky note and put it on a pile. I'm not sure how concerned they were about getting back to me or not, but I know it's a very popular, well-liked place in the community where I live. I have friends who know of family members that are there, and they love it. I took a quick look at someone else's room, and the dining area was big.
