My mom is at The Peachtree Inn at The Orchards, and it's a very, very nice facility. My father also lived there for two years before he passed. They have a very nice exercise room and a large conference or meeting room that can be used free of charge just by letting them know. In the years past, we had a Christmas party that had probably 60 people in attendance, and they had plenty of space for that. They have a pub, breakfast once a month, social hours, bingo, movies, and puzzles. They have an enormous amount of activities. They also took the residents to offsite locations, like an apple orchard, once a month. We do add-on services for med pass. Even though they are independent, we have a nurse coming in four times a day, and we just pay for that. The staff is very accommodating and very helpful, too. They are a little pricier, but you get what you pay for to some degree.
