The Adriana Senior Apartments

The Adriana Senior Apartments is one block up from the marina in Des Moines. And they offer it for a kind of sliding scale income. It's not necessarily low income, but kind of sliding scale. I had one tour there, and it was very lovely. There's a deck where you can go out and look out at the bay, right at the apartment complex. It's really nice. What I like most is the ambience of it. It looked very ambient as far as the view from the deck. I didn't spend that much time there. The particular unit available at that time was rather close, the windows looking across at the other unit, but there were more units expected to open up. But overall, I wouldn't say anything not pleasing about it. I'm just someone who wants to look out more at nature. They have a community room where tenants get together. The lady who showed me around, the manager, was very nice and very helpful.
