I've made the decision to sign another one-year lease here at The Arbors at Williamsburg. The lease ends in April of 2026, so I'm going to stay here for now. It's a really nice community. It's for retirees. The kids aren't allowed. The building is not that old. I think it's maybe three or four years old. The apartments are nice. The people here are nice, too. I would recommend The Arbors at Williamsburg. It's not terribly expensive. I think I would pay $1700 a month. It's great because I don't have a car, and they take us on shopping trips. They take us to the mall almost every week. The bus will sometimes take us to a restaurant to eat, and it's fun because a lot of the other residents here like to go. They don't have cars either. Sometimes they'll take us grocery shopping and all kinds of stuff. There's no food service. Everybody maintains their own kitchen. They don't provide any kind of cafeteria or anything. We have a nice movie room and a game room where you can play pool. We have an exercise gym where you can work out. It's a limited gym, but you can still get in shape there. The staff members are great. If you have a problem with your place, you just go down there and make a work order, and they come and fix it. My apartment is bright. I have a granite countertop. The kitchen is beautiful, but the sink wasn't properly fastened. I was washing dishes, and with the weight of the water, the sink fell into the double cupboard underneath where you keep cleaning stuff and everything. It was like a two-day or three-day job. The sink wasn't fastened or anything. The only thing that was holding it up was the grout. The people here are very friendly. They help you out if you need help. I've been so happy here. The staff is good. They're responsive. We have staff to police the yard. They used to have 24-hour security, and they got rid of that, but I think it was an unnecessary expense. It's safe here, and it's really hard to get into the building. You have to have a key fob to enter any kind of wing. This building is big, too. We probably have 2000 residents here. It's five stories. They also have a dry erase board in the main area where they put down all the activities that they're going to do that week, and if you want to do one of the activities, you sign your name on it. The bus comes at 11 and takes us wherever the outing is planned. The facility is kept very clean, and they vacuum the halls at least twice a week. All the windows are washed in the main area. It's a good facility.
