The facility was always clean. The staff was constantly supervising the residents. The staff also we always there to help direct or take residents to anywhere they needed to go. The facility staff was good about having activities on a weekly basis for the residents to participate in. The building maintenance staff was very good about getting all of my grandfather's room repairs done in a timely fashion. The whole facility staff as a whole and the atmosphere of the building was very warm and welcoming with the residents as well as family members. They were also very involved and informative with my family about the care and needs of my grandfather. Some of the faults and issues I did have with the facility were that there were not many posted maps within the building and because of its size it was very easy to get confused about your location in the building. Also as the parking was very close to the main entrance to the building I feel like there were not enough parking spaces to facilitate the amount of visitors that were there on a daily basis, and especially on Holidays.
