Management is not on the side of its tenants. Extremely unprofessional not only for the tenants that reside here, but for those looking to rent. If Eagle Point management knew how specifically Nyo (front office), handles its affairs, she would be fired!

While the apartments themselves are nice the building was poorly built and poorly maintained. There have been numerous floods due to broken pipes. We have gone full days without water. Heat was shut off in some units on one of the coldest days of the year to fix problems. Repairs in the apartments can take weeks or longer to be completed. The management is rude and uncaring and has recently started towing vehicles in an effort to increase revenues. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I have had the opportunity to visit this facility several times. I have a relative who lives there. There are alot of activities for the residents to participate in. They even have a hair stylist who comes there to service the residents. The facility is well maintained inside and the outside always looks nice as well. I would recommend this facility to someone who wants to live independently but may at times require assistance.
