I toured Casa Milagros. It is a 62-plus, so it is definitely senior living. It was a really nice facility. It was clean and updated. They have a very large open room. It's very quiet. We didn't hear or see very many residents. They had two offerings for the rooms. One was an ADA-approved low-income room, the other was their standard room, and they were both large. They were 750 square feet, which was the largest we saw. They're very clean. All the appliances were new. It felt really open, and it was very nice. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly, helpful, and informative. They don't offer food because they're completely independent. They are downtown. It is gated and very secure, but there is nothing outside. There are no walking paths or even grounds where residents can walk. The actual property has very little to offer, but the facility itself offers an exercise room and a clubhouse area. Laundry is quite expensive. It's like $2.50 a load. So, that's kind of a negative there.
