My mother-in-law is at Tulia Health & Rehab. It is a nice, small country home that takes care of seniors. It is an older building, but it is well-maintained. The dining area looks pretty good. They play bingo, they have people coming in who sing to them every so often, and they take the residents out when they need to go to the doctor or go shopping. The rooms are fair-sized and the staff seems to be really, really nice. They help the residents as needed. They encourage the residents to do what they can on their own and keep their independence, but they're there when they need them.
