"My aunt and uncle are here. Everything has been well for that, and we are hoping that they continue to settle in. It is very close to their home. I go there very often. It is cleanly kept. The people are very nice, friendly, and very accommodating to whatever needs to be done. They take them to shop once a week, and they have activities in an area there in the building for different kinds of crafts and people coming in, doing presentations and talking. They are always doing something to keep them involved. My uncle is a veteran, and they are always willing to work with the VA. If he needs to go officially to that and also for them to see any kind of specialist, they are willing to help set schedules and to take care of their needs. I have not seen any problems with that at all. I think the staff is easy to work with and they care. If you have complaints or something, they don't ignore that. They follow through, and that's what I like. I think they are working very hard to keep them happy."

"Kingsville (Kingsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center) looked clean and kept up very nice. From what I could tell, the staff treated the patients well. The dining area looked good. They had a list of activities on the board. The rooms looked pretty nice. "

"The Premier of Alice Assisted Living is a private home, and there are only six ladies. It's in a residential setting, very clean and very pleasant. The residents are active. The management texted every day and give me update. I've gotten a message today that last night was very good. We're doing this along with hospice. My mother likes the food, and they also have snacks. They have some crafts, and they do outings. The place is immaculate."

"Trisun is an excellent facility but it's expensive. The staff working there is very good. The food is very good. They have bingo, painting and exercises. "

"My sister moved into Windsor Calallen. They're very nice and friendly. The nursing home is very clean. It smells very nice. It's not dirty. They prepare very good meals. I've seen it up there with my sister and it's plenty of food that they serve for the residents, and it looks very good. They have a schedule in their room, which tells you the activities that they're going to be doing. The first room that she was in was kind of small, but then they moved her to another one, and that one was nice. She's sharing a room with somebody else, but it's a big room."
