I toured Ivy Point Friendswood. It's nice, and one of the things that they have is that they have independent houses associated with it. They had apartments, but they also had houses. They're not as big, and most people wouldn't be so concerned about the size. But if we're going to move from here, what are we going to do with all this furniture? So, if we have a bigger apartment, then we have fewer calls to make than we would have to do. We had a guided tour and met a couple of others. People who are showing these facilities are picked to be good at what they do. They were not being upfront. I thought that they cared. They were also interested in their facilities. They have two dining rooms. It could be a dining room and a cafe-type situation.
