The only bad experience we have had, is grandmother's watch got switched with another resident during bathing. (She of course accuses the staff of stealing it.) The staff is helpful when asked a question. It is a little alarming to hear the bells go off all the time from all the patients waiting on help, but I also understand that many residents push the call button for non important needs.

This facility has actually been really patient with my grandmother in law. She keeps wanting to return to living essentially on her own, but won't do most rehab. They have been pretty on top of her to make sure she does as much as they can get her to do.
