I was overall very happy with the supportive and friendly nature of staff during my stay here. I would highly recommend this facility.

My brother is in Elgin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I was impressed with the facilities and equipment they have to try to rehab him. They said they're going to work with his physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. However, the cost is paramount, but they're willing to work with that and help me find resources. The staff is great, very friendly, very knowledgeable, they answered a lot of the questions that I had, and helped me raise questions that I didn't have. They are very accommodating. It's an older facility, but it's neat. His room is really clean and they also talked about how they're going to do his hygiene. I'd rate the community high in terms of cleanliness and appearance.
