My brother was a resident at this facility for several years until his death in June of this year. He got good care thru all of his multiple health problems. The staff was kind and caring. He was spoiled rotten. lol

I live in Texas, but my sister has been in Hidden Acres for about a month and a half. Our brother visits her everyday and he is so impressed with how they take care of our sister. He also said all of the other patients are taken care of as well. He doesn't understand how anyone can give them a bad rating. So as far as our family goes we are giving them five stars for everything. Keep up the great work. God will bless you for taking care of his angels.

Hidden Acres Health Care Center is close to us. Convenience was probably the first thing we looked at, then the very friendly staff and people we know. They have shared bathrooms in some of the rooms. It is an older facility, and I think it was the most popular floor plan at that time. Cleanliness is good. The dining room is nice and spacious. They are not dementia specialists; they do have some dementia patients, but they do not specialize in that area, and we need something more for my dad. The people we needed to talk to were not there at the time, so we really need to go back.

My father is currentIy under their care. We visited him yesterday. When we arrived, he had his lunch on his tray, but he can't feed himself. He was also covered in dry vomit. His cath bag was full and backing up in the tube. We tried to get assistance from the staff, but they were all busy discussing their hair and told us to hold on. I am very disappointed with the facility.
