Signature Lifestyles of Jefferson City was very clean, very nice, and definitely homey looking. It was small, but the appearance was fine. The staff member who accommodated me was very nice, very informative, and very knowledgeable. She had a lot of medical knowledge as well, and was direct and to the point. The dining area was fine, and it looked OK, but it was closed. They did not have a 24-hour nurse on duty, and that turned me off a little bit, but they did provide medication administration. They did not have a call button for everyone; they had a limited availability for those.
