I am very impressed with this facility. The staff was very attentive and caring towards my mom and showed her the utmost respect. They treat with such diginity. I could really tell the employees truly care and love their job. The day I visited, my mom was taken to a classy salon in the facility and had her hair and nails done. She was pampered just like she would be at an outside salon. We then went and enjoyed some live entertainment from a community member and enjoyed snacks and coctail hour! It was amazing to see that she truly is treated like a human being and her quality of life is not only sustained, but much improved. They also have a gorgeous garden and walking area outside that we were able to enjoy while we talked. The food was exceptional, and not just some "cheap slop" as I was afraid would be given to her. We finished our day by watching TV in the sun-room and then I was able to take her uptown for dinner. I am very impressed with this facility and I am very comfortable knowing my grandma is in the hands of such a capable, caring staff.
