It's also about what it will take to make it happen. At Liberty Cottages, we've developed a whole new way to approach financing your retirement-our Refundable Trust Financial Plan. Through the Refundable Trust Financial Plan, you don't pay an entrance Fee. Instead you provide a Refundable Entrance Deposit and enter an interest-bearing Trust. The Trust pays you monthly returns of interest accrued, based on the government-established rate for the 10-year Treasury Note. These steady returns can be used toward offsetting monthly expenses, or simply augmenting your retirement lifestyle. Should you decide to leave your cottage, your entrance Deposit is refundable in full (minus administrative fees) within six months, and there is no contingency that your cottage be re-occupied.
