We’ve been to Bradford County Manor several times because that’s where my uncle stayed. It’s a 30-minute drive from Waverly. Everything was right on par. It was brightly lit, furnished, and up to date. The staff was courteous and kind. The rooms were very nice. Somebody goes in twice a day to pick up, and look around, not leaving anything on the floor where they could trip. It seemed very well maintained.

Horrible short staffed . Residents almost died because LPNs are so short staffed . Infections galore.

We visited Bradford Manor for my husband. The building was alright but it probably is old. We had a meeting with one of the ladies on the tour and she was very nice. I would give the staff the highest rating.

For a so-called assisted living residency, the Bradford County Manor is horrible! Their workers are not only rude, but are also lacking proper training. When I went to the Bradford County Manor with my friend to visit her grandfather, I was horrified to see the way they treat their patients/clients. My friend's grandfather is confined to a bed currently, due to an injury, and is unable to get up to get his own food. I noticed that the CNA who delivered his food was very rude and didn't appear to care whether he ate or not. She set the tray on a table across the room from him, and told him to, "Come get it". Since he is unable to walk, he could not get the food for himself, and was basically left to starve. The man also is incapable of bathing himself, and said that they hadn't been in all week to even sponge bathe him. They were allowing him to sit in his own waste and never once came in while we were there to check to see if he needed cleaned up. It's very sad to see the way they are treating people who are paying so much to stay there and be taken care of. I would never recommend this living provider to anyone. They don't care about the well-being of their patients and are very cruel to those paying so much money to be there.
