The tour I had at Connect55+ Meadville was wonderful. It's beautiful. The woman that took me and my daughter around was wonderful, friendly, and professional. I can't say enough nice things about it. It was a very good experience. She was very knowledgeable, and she showed me different things, and the amenities there, and it was just terrific. They have a movie room and a beauty salon. While I was there, there were at least half a dozen people in one of the rooms, and they had pet therapy. They had a dog there and that was nice. They had some nice tables outside, and the woman was explaining when the weather was nice that they all sit there. It's almost like a community kind of living. There was a library there and a place to sit and do puzzles. I saw one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and I saw one bedroom with a bonus room, and they're brand new. The bedrooms and the living rooms were carpeted. They run on electric. If you drive and you want a garage, there's an option, but that's another cost. That community recently was enlarged, and a lot of that was closed down and not even opened yet. The apartments in that area weren't taken yet.

I have an apartment reserved at Connect55+ Meadville. It's brand new. It's beautiful. Everything is included in the rent. The staff was wonderful. The property manager is so helpful and answers questions. She'll answer emails, telephone calls, and in person. I got a two-bedroom, and it has a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. It has lots of closet space and a washer and dryer. The stove and refrigerator are included. There is a beauty salon and a very nice large patio with a grill that you can use. They have a library, exercise room, and a recreation room with a kitchen attached. You provide your own food. It's an excellent facility. It's in a beautiful location. It's very safe and secure. The doors are all locked. All the entrances are locked, so that makes it very secure.

I had an in-person tour of Connect55+ Meadville. They have places available, but our needs were not met. The staff was great. The location is great. The facility is well maintained. It would be nice if they served meals, but that's not available at the present time. The rooms were beautiful and well laid out. Traffic flow was very good. We've seen a schedule of activities there. I don't see that it needs any improvement other than if it were to offer some more amenities like meals.
