Welcome to Clearview Terrace Apartments! The need for adequate housing continued and Clearview Terrace II was funded by local lending institutions. In January 1979, the next 62 apartments received the first occupants.Clearview Terrace Apartments were developed by the Greater Hanover Housing Corporation, a non-profit body of citizens concerned about housing for low-income senior citizens and disabled individuals. The purpose of the organization is to provide on a non-profit basis, rental housing and related facilities and services especially designed to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of aging and disabled persons and contribute to their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living.
