My father is in Mountain Laurel Nrc. They're doing a good job. I find it very clean. The staff is very attentive and even though they are short on staff as every place is, they're very good. He is receiving very good care. His room is very adequate for his needs. The food seems fine. He's thriving on it.

My brother moved to Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. I don't think that people get paid enough to do what they do. That's my biggest concern. The prices are a little out of hand to me. There aren't enough people to work and you can't receive the best care that they should provide. They should spend more time with their patients. The staff was okay. Some are better than others and some are more helpful. The rooms need to be cleaned more often, but there's no help.

THIS PLACE IS VERY BAD I WENT TO ADMIN REPORTED PROBLEMS AND THE TOLD ARERA AGING I WAS MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS WHEN I TOOK PIC TO PROVE ALLEGATIONS THEY STOPPED ME FROM SEEING MY MOTHER IM STILL TRYING TO GET HER OUT OUF THERE I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WITH DEPT OF HEALTH AND CMS ROOMS ARE DIRTY COVID GUIDE LINES WERE ARE NOT FOLLOWED

My dad was in Mountain Laurel. I liked it. He was there for physical therapy. They were pretty good. They had arts and crafts. The dining area was pretty nice.

Everything's fine with my mother as far as things go at Mountain Laurel Nrc. We had a problem with one person that is no longer there but everything else is wonderful. It used to be an old country home but now they have so many activities going on. Mom gets her hair done every week and there are tons of things for them to do there and and they meet everybody's needs. They also have van service and the food is good. She's really happy and she likes it there.

Everyone was very welcoming. While my grandmothers were admitted, they received very good care. My maternal grandmother's only complaint was that her roommate always listened to the TV too loudly. Overall, the place was very clean and my relatives were well taken care of.
