Countryside Christian Community

Countryside Christian Community is situated in Annville, PA. As a not-for-profit ministry of the United Christian Church in Lebanon County, Countryside Christian Community offers health services and flexible housing options for seniors age 62 and older. Residents live independently in their own cottages, but have access to assistance with personal care needs and medication self-administration. Staff is awake and alert 24 hours per day, and is trained in using the Hoyer lift for total transfers. All meals are provided to residents at this facility. Staff members also plan special on-site activities designed to stimulate both mental and physical health.
