"The staff here was very courteous. The facility itself was very clean. The amenities appeared to be sufficient. They had the room set up already with a little bit of furniture in it; getting to see the layout of the room was beneficial. The lady who gave the tour was very knowledgeable too."

"We visited Integris Village at Cordell for my mother. My aunt lives there, she has a 2-bedroom, and the rooms are nice. They have a little kitchenette. However, mom can’t cook anymore, because she’s in a wheelchair, so it just didn’t suit us. It was clean and my aunt is happy there, but she has to have someone cook her meals and bring them to her. I know they play dominos."

"My mom was at United Methodist Health Care almost for a month. The place was pretty good. She had bruises that were unexplained and a lot of her belongings disappeared, but other than that as far as medication and food she was taken care very well. The therapy program was very good. The nursing staff were adequate. "

"My mother moved into assisted Living, she loves it, and she's very happy. Her room is filled with all the things from her home. We let her pick what she wanted and what was most precious to her. She has family portraits on the wall, and they let her hang anything she wants, so she's quite happy. They're all very friendly and helpful. Mom has to wear a diaper type thing all the time, and they're good in getting her soiled products right away, and they're just very helpful to her. She's made beaded necklaces, they have a day where they do their nails, and just a variety of things. She's only had one or two meals that she didn't care for, but other than that, she said, I can't complain. She's very happy with the meals. It's clean, and the building is in good shape. The electricity's been off numerous times since she's been there. We've had a lot of storms, but she always stayed nice and cool, because they have back up. It's all good."

"My ex mother-in-law was at Van Horn Manor until she passed away. The family was well aware of the facility and knew what they could provide that is why I chose this facility for myself. The staff I met were very cordial and friendly. They really seemed to know what they were doing. The place is very spacious and I also like this place because it's in the town where my daughter and four grandchildren live. "
