"My wife's uncle is at Baptist Village of Cleveland. It has been an excellent place. It's safe. The people there were so good. My wife's uncle is a veteran. On Veteran's Day, they hand over gifts and stuff that the community and businesses give to the veterans. The maintenance man was very, very helpful. The guy running the place was extremely helpful. The cooks and the people that help out there were very well organized and very clean. After 5:00 in the evening, the door's locked. If you don't have a key, you don't get in. They welcome family to come and visit if wearing a mask. The food is very good, and I haven't heard my wife's uncle complain once. Because of his progressing health, he loved it there. They have video bowling and different games. The people get together in groups, and I can hear them laughing as they play. They have a library and puzzles. They have a lot of stuff to do."

"My Nan moved in last week. She thinks that it is pretty. Every time I call she is busy down in the crafts room or playing bingo. She seems to be having a lot of fun there. "

"I have been here for over four years and am very content. The staff have always been kind and helpful. I have found that they treat people as kindly as they can with the help they need. Always work with my diet getting me things I want. I feel blessed to be here at Drumright Nursing Home. "

"The rooms at Pawhuska Nursing Home were small and damp like a prison cell. I went down and got my father out of there. I pulled him out after he fell. He was there for two weeks and he fell four times, and he had a seizure when he was in there. They didn't act like they even knew about it. One time he stayed on the ground for 20 minutes waiting for somebody who would go past by his room. It was three times before they came and picked him up off the floor. They need to shut it down. I felt sorry for the residents down there because they don't have any family and nowhere else to go."

"Dad ended up going to Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab Center for one week before he passed and they took excellent care of him. The staff was extremely caring and competent, and they paid a lot of attention. He had hospice while he was there too, and they did a great job. He wasn't eating, but they still offered him meals and it was good what we saw. The one time we tasted it, it was also good. The facility is old, but it's been remodeled and updated, and it is clean. There's no bad smell. The staff were excellent. The facility is not nearly as nice as the other facility, but they provided excellent care, which was our main concern."

"The staff was outstanding. The medical staff was constantly checking on my mother's well-being. Also, they readily supplied me (her son) with needed information. Housekeeping was very good & friendly. The staff was very patient with my mother, who was almost completely bedridden the first month in residence. My mother's only real complaint was that the beds were not equipped with U-rails which would make accessing wheelchairs easier. Linwood offered many daily activity opportunities for residents. The doctor in charge of wound care was friendly and very caring. "
