The Homestead is an Assisted Retirement Living Facility. They have individual apartments and have games, people to take you places and one payment per month to worry about. For example, you decide to live in an apartment that costs $1000.00 per month. That is all you pay per month, no worries about how much electricity, water, natural gas, etc. you used that month. It is a really beautiful place to live. The staff is friendly and they even have a salon where hairdressers come in and do residents hair for them. It really is an awesome place. There are some downsides. The downsides are: no pets, not enough room for all the things that you have in your home and I am sure other people have other complaints.
