"I was at Sante of Surprise for rehabilitation. Their physical therapy is well-staffed. It is a mixture of certified, masters and doctors of physical therapy. I happened to get one who just came in who had a master's degree, and he was quite good. They also bring in other part-time therapists if they need them. They seem very well-organized. They aren't filled all the time, but they have a capacity of 70. It seemed like they have a lot of administrative staff. Their kitchen and dining facilities are excellent. They were really good. "

"My mother lived for many years at Grandview Terrace, so I spent many years there everyday with her. They’re first rate; they get very high ratings everywhere from everybody. They’re good about taking care of things. If you need anything done, you phone the desk and they are there. She loved being there. It’s a much bigger place with lots more people. Their food was good; everybody was pleasant. I never once had to go make a complaint. Also, my mother went through all of the stages of life care. My mother was in a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. It was on the first floor, so she could easily walk out to get in her car and drive when she was driving. I liked it because I could drive up almost to her door. It’s a 6-story building, and when you get up higher, you have better views than my mother had. "
