My husband has been at the Pembroke Center (Genesis Healthcare) since the last week of August. It’s been fine so far. Any time there is a problem, they always come and make me aware of it. They take him to his doctor visits. He got sick, and they called me, and they took him through the emergency room, so they’ve been watched on pretty closely. They provide 24-hour care, and he sees at least three therapists. The staff is nice and capable; they know what they are doing, and they seem to be experienced. The rooms were OK. Some parts of it were undergoing some renovation, but other than that, it looked fine.

not a good facility. patients are constantly falling which results in broken bones. medics made the comment that they are constantly transporting patients to hospital
