The rooms are very clean in the four years that my father lived there. The food was prepared with a great deal of thought for each individual resident. My father could not chew easily for the last two years of his life even though they tried with outside professional dental help. But, they always made sure he had variety and nutritious meals they were built around what he could eat. I can't not stress enough that this modern Nursing Home, set in the most beautiful New York country area, is one of the best I've ever seen. None of them have perfection but, they will work on problem areas and they really care!

My brother had stayed at Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation for rehab. The place was terrible. He had a bunch of falls when he was in the shower. Two people went in with him and they left him alone and he fell off his shower chair. He was trying to reach the call bell but it wasn't working. The staff ignore you. The floors are filthy and people pee on the floor. They have bingo, monopoly board games, and Trivial games. They have church service once a week.
