The assisted living facility is handicap accessible. It is a highrise with an elevator and the floors are different colors so that residents will not get confused if they get off on the wrong floor. There is a commons area for watching tv, as well as a library and exercise equipment. There is a room where the residents play bingo, which is also used for individuals can come in and teach residents how to paint etc. The residents also receive food from the local food bank (cheese, beans, milk, etc.) I enjoyed my visits and was able to spend the night with my Grandmother whenever I visited.

This is a facility where older people live and they get reduced rent. The apartments are very nice and there is a washer and a dryer on every floor. There is a library and a lunchroom and a church type setting where preachers come and speak. Speakers will come and speak like the fire department and police department on safety. There is a place where there is food given to the residents like milk, cheese, butter, canned foods, meats, bread and so on. There is a nice garden outside where people can work in the garden if they are able to or just go sit on the swing or in their wheel chairs and associate with the others. There is are safety doors that a person has to have a key to get in and there is always someone on watch to watch out for strangers and safety is a good asset of the place. There are nurses in and out of the building and helpers and people donate tvs and microwaves etc at Christmas time, brand new ones. This is a very good place to live. There is a MacDonalds within walking distance and the Mall is closeby. There is a rest home next door and there are mailboxes indoors where the mail man leaves the mail in a secured room. It is awesome.
