My mother has been very happy with the staff at Good Life Senior Living and Memory Care. They're very nice and they care for her. They've spent a lot of time with her. There's room for 16 residents, I don't think it's quite that full right now, but they've been very nice, very helpful, and very accommodating. They provide the food. Some nurses come in and dispense the prescriptions. They take their vitals. They help with the bathroom, showering, and all those things. The place is very place. It's a nice building. It's fairly new. They keep it clean, and it doesn't smell bad or anything. They have activities all the time, although my mother hasn't participated in very many. But they do several things during the day. It's pretty expensive.

The rooms and the staff are beyond amazing. The staff was so caring and willing to go above and beyond standards for my parent. They are so compassionate about the residents. The facility is always clean and rooms are the same way. They have a great living area and fun activities planned with the residents everyday. I couldn’t have chosen a better home for my parent.

The staff at this facility are uneducated, uncaring, and uncompassionate. I am a RN in the community of Carlsbad and we often have hospice patients that live there that unable to live in their own homes. The staff was never helpful to the nurses when we had questions about the status of the patient or care that had been provided since the previous nursing visit. We frequently found new brusiing and bed sores on our patients. Another thing I noticed was that uneducated staff memmbers were administering medications to the residents.
