This facility isnt what the proclaim to be. Lots of problems that go undone with complaints to their toll free compliance line or their reachout email. Neglected residents to where the hallways reek of urine an fecal matter. Its an aweful place. The rooms are bare just basic hospital like rooms. Some CNA's and nurses are oustanding but others are neglectful to residents. The residents have no activites. Its runned like a prison. Administration doesnt listen. Residents go out of food so dietary has to scrounge up whatever food is available. Housekeeping doesnt clean room properly in some cases residents have to CLEAN their own rooms and restrooms.

Bloomfield Nursing And Rehab was horrible. The food was bad quality. They never changed my grandfather's catheter. In the 30 days that he was there, they did not change his catheter once. He developed a very big infection from it. They don't have it together at all. I would not recommend this facility to anybody.
