My grandmother was a patient at Mystic Meadows since March of 2021 and passed in August of 2021. Within her time as a patient at this rehabilitation center, she was sent to the hospital 4 times. When I would visit her, it would take almost 2 hours for staff to return her call button. I tried to get staff to come help her but everyone just shoved it off and said someone else will be in shortly. They are very rude,misunderstanding, and have zero patience/tolerance for their patience. They also do not keep clean. One time I found a bag with human waste just sitting in the hallway. They not only neglect the patience but the patience families as well.

I would recommend Mystic Meadow to everyone who needs a Sub-Acute care. They went above and beyond for my mom from the moment we inquired about finding her a room to her entire stay. The Directors, Nursing Staff, PT Occupational Therapist, receptionist and Case workers staff I just can not say enough about how Loving and caring they all are. Everyone of them went our of there way and were there for my mom and our family at a very hard time. Thank you from the bottom of our Hearts for all the Love and wonderful care you gave to our mom.. God Bless you all stay safe and Healthy.

My aunt was a resident at Mystic Meadows for over a year and a half. Michael, the Director of the facility, was able to accommodate her on very short notice. She was very well cared for while she was there. The staff, especially Ruth, went above and beyond to make my aunt feel safe and loved. Thank you Mystic Meadows for everything you did for my aunt. The smile on her face when I visited said it all.

My uncle moved into Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center. I met the administrator the other day, and he's very nice, very willing to help in any way. My uncle was complaining he needed a haircut, and he said "Don't worry about it, I'll bring you to get your haircut, but you have to pay for it separately." They gave him a haircut. He's always clean shaven, always clean and neat, and as far as that goes, I think they do a very good job. From the outside the floors look very clean, they have pretty chandeliers on the ceiling, and it looks like a pleasant place. They have a courtyard, but it's only accessible from the inside. Some of the rooms face the courtyard and there are flowers.

I would reccomend this facility to anyone who cares how their loved one is treated. I was kept very clean and treated with the utmost care. From the nursing staff to all the nurses aids and therapy staff. They r too many to name. I would like to thank Daphne on the 7 am shift to Sara especially on the 3 pm shift and Joanie on 11 pm shift. The best caregivers ever. My undying gratitude to them. Go and check this place out. My wife has been at this facility since early August 2018. She is in the Harbor Unit which cares for dementia patients. I visit the facility many different days and times and have witnessed the high quality care she receives. The nurses, nurses aides and other staff are excellent. They always have a smile, always greet you making me feel at home when I visit her. I cannot say enough about the current administrator who has gone out of his way to assist my wife. I can sleep at night knowing she is in caring and safe hands.
