"Nures are abusing the residents and when reportded the Administrator does not want to listen to any allocations. Nurses have bumped by mother's head when they pushed her up in bed and one nurse said if she compained they would hit her head again and harder and the other nurse said she could give mother a pill that put her out for the night. Mother has been told to go ahead and complain on the nurses, no one would believe her and they would deny it. They put residents on the toilet and leave them for 40 minutes and then the residents try to get off by themselves and fall. I saw one resident being yanked up from a chair by the arm because she did not want to go to bed at 8:00. I have a full report, just give me an email. One nurse shook a residents head back and forth."

"I toured many different facilities in Seneca. Crestview may not be the newest facility but it is the homiest facility. The rooms all have different decor with appropriate lighting. Their outdoor areas are so nice and private. The staff was extremely friendly with my family member and all those that came to visit. The kitchen staff was always accommodating to guests eating and provided drinks for our birthday party we had. I saw another complaint about odor and I was pleasantly surprised that this facility actually smelled nice. So happy we chose this local facility. Feels more like family than a care facility."

"I have a loved one in this center. He gets wonderful care. The food is good and I eat lunch with him. Also any of my questions are answered fully. "

"Country Place is near the hospital I’m going to. The rooms were really nice. They were clean and an average size. The staff seemed excellent. The food was good the day I was there. They claimed they have many activities, music, and entertainment. "

"My wife was out in Good Samaritan Health and Rehab. They were real good. They took really good care of her. The food was as good as you’re going to get in a big facility; it couldn’t be better. The staff seemed to be fine. "

"The building has a nice lobby with great observation deck. All patrons have their rooms in one of two wings on single floor that ends in an emergency exit. Cafeteria has great workers that are very friendly. Cafeteria also functions as a church on Sunday. Non-Denomination and Methodist ministers come regularly. There is also a piano that the residents can play. The South Wing is the Alzheimer's that has 2 CNAs that staff the facility 24/7. When my Grandmother passed away they were very good about giving our family privacy. There is also a great private room for eating with guests. A lot of the residents and employees smoke outside of the door. "
