Hillcrest is a very clean facility. It's just the right size so your not overwhelmed. My family member was well taken care of. The staff was mostly pleasant to me and my family.The nurses had wonderful personalities, not all. There was a certain nurse that rubbed me the wrong way. For some reason I did not like her. She wasn't professional enough for me. But I do require all nurses to be proffesional. The amenities are just right. Nothing to extravagant yet my family member was happy with what they had. I am glad we chose Hillcrest.Another thing about the facility is that they bring in lots of entertainment. I personally have participated in the entertainment. I was a lot of fun and would do it again.When I am old I will go to Hillcrest. My parents probably will go as well.
