I was impressed with their Activities Director, Admissions staff was very kind and informative, caregivers were friendly and the facility was very clean. They had Covid 19 protocols in place which we had to go through at the front door. All therapies were available, several therapist were present during my visit. Overall, I was very pleased and am strongly considering this as a perfect place for my mother.

This place was the worst nursing facility. No nursing care was given. You did not get your medcation on time. I got a really bad infection while at the facility. Had to go into the hospital to get strong antibiotics. The food was totally discussing. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I give it a Big Zero.

I was there while the facility was under inspection from the government. You'd think this would have inspired the staff to do their very best and to look their most official, but it did not. Rather than answering my questions and concerns, most of the staff seemed more concerned with ducking into linen closets and lunchrooms whenever an inspector entered within eyeshot. They did seem very efficient about routine and keeping everything on schedule, but to such an extent that many of the residents did not seem in interact with them much. In, out, in to the next one like clockwork, regardless of any individuality between the residents. It seemed cold.The facility itself was nice. With large rooms, hallways, dining areas, and tables. Everything we well lit and stimulus was present, but kept to a minimum. Many of the residents seemed to enjoy the view, either of trees, mountains, or a school depending on the window.The facility's food was universally hated.
