I was here for 15 days due to not having no strength to walk. Therapy both occupational and physical worked with me and I can walk again. Nurses aides were super friendly and helpful at least the ones that took care of me. This place is clean the food you always get 2 choices. If I had to stay I would choose this place as my home

My mom was admitted into Country Meadows after a 12 day stay in the hospital and surgery. She went into a stupor and quit eating and answering her phone. She didn't like the bland food and her being 88 years old did NOT like having young boys come into her room to clean her up. She would call for assistance to help her to the bathroom and by the time anyone came in to take her she had already gone in her depend. She ended up coming home to my house after 2 weeks instead of 4. She had developed a serious urinary track infection from the bowel going into her bladder. I would never again put her in there.

The place seems nice but in talking to people in the community they cannot keep good employees due to the administration being so poor. I am glad I asked around before I actually put my dad in there. I guess I will have to keep looking.

I think that it was a very nice facility and very clean. While working there I think that they took very good care of the residents and were very friendly. During my uncles stay there he was very happy with everything.
