We visited the senior apartments of Legacy Commons at Signal Hills in West St. Paul. My wife fell in love with the nine-foot ceilings. She was used to a little taller ceilings and the eight-foot ceiling that is standard in almost all buildings in the Twin Cities, so she kind of liked that. She also liked the two-bedroom layout and the large balcony. They have a common area with the barbecue on the ground floor. Inside, they have a meeting hall or a party room. Off to the side, they have workout rooms and a game room. Unfortunately, the person who met with us and gave us the tour has moved to another place because he got a promotion. When we went for a second visit to just ask what the procedures were, we were met by one of the maintenance staff, and she was absolutely super. Everybody we've dealt with has been very polite. The staff exceeds expectations.
