The Fern 55+ Apartments was clean and new. People were visiting in the lobby, so it was friendly, and I got help right away. The lady that toured us was exceptional. She was very helpful and I felt very comfortable with her. She grasped my situation, and it was a very pleasant experience for me. The residents were talking among themselves. It's in a good neighborhood. It's quiet and seems to have good management.
