Majestic Pines was a lifesaver. I am a physician in Texas with a sister in rural Minnesota suffering from dementia. We had placed her emergently in the only facility we could find with an opening but they were terribly understaffed and her care suffered accordingly. From my research and discussions with medical providers in the region, this is not uncommon due to the rural aspect of the communities. As we tried repeatedly to relocate her, my sister's substantial care requirements led to refusals by multiple sites until we contacted Majestic Pines in Grand Rapids MN. She is there now and the difference in attention to detail and services is like night and day compared to her previous placement. In fact, though Grand Rapids is not a large community, the care there is equal to or better than the care provided by a very good memory care facility here in San Antonio where my mother-in-law resides. I will always be grateful to Nichole, Annabelle and Sissy for their help in getting my sister settled in and their ongoing care for her.

I toured Majestic Pines Senior Living. They showed me everything from independent to enhanced care. They had different wings for different needs and they were very friendly. It looked like it was a really nice place with lots of good services. The cost was just too high, but the tour experience was really good. They had a little restaurant, and I have eaten there a couple of years ago when it was open to the public. My husband and I would go there for Sunday dinner. Their food was very good. It was like a small restaurant style. The rooms were very beautiful. They were really, really nice and newer. It hasn't been here long, so the facility is more modern looking. Everything about their place was good.
