Visited a patient on 10/29/2017. They are under new management but its still the same as before. The room was large and clean. I couldn't believe there wasn't at least one chair in the room. Totally uncalled for when the patient is bedridden !

Last year, for about three months I went and visited the Hilltop patients to see what would better their time staying there. I talked to them, brought them gifts, and spent quality time with the ones who seemed to need it the most. Everytime I was there, the staff was friendly. Always saying, "Hello" when I walked in. They staff was always available to the patients, whenever they were needed, or wanted. There were games set up for the patients to play, and for them to spend time with each other. The patients could win prizes, and you could tell be the smiles on their faces that they were having fun. No matter where you go, you always come across the grumpy old people. You know the ones I am talking about. They are rude, and don't like to talk to anybody. Well, at Hilltop, those people are far and few from what the people here at Hilltop are like. When they do get an old grumpy one staying there, the staff does as much as they can to keep them involved. Overall, I think that Hilltop is a WONDERFUL assisted living facility. The staff is great, the people are sweet, and it's a nice place to stay!
