I lived at Bailey's Grove. It was good. The rent was good, and they had a real management. It was a HUD-run place that's why it was more efficient. The staff was professional. They did a good job on activities. They had bingo, and the lady brought in private local talent from the area. It was an old building, and it could use a little facelift. They had an exercise room, a whirlpool bath, and a deck out the back.
