My aunt has moved into Dearborn Town Center. It was close to my house, it was affordable, and it was brand new. It's only five years old. They are building a giant park entrance. There are spaces throughout. Everything is wide, so residents can use their little carts to walk with. The elevators are wide. The doors to their apartments are wide. They have in-room washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I talked to one of the residents and she told me all about the place and all their different activities and trips to different places and all that, so that's why I chose the place because she gave me a good review and she lives there. From what I can see, they have a lot of different activity rooms, they have a pool, and they have a reading room and a TV room, all on the first floor. However, they don't have food onsite.
