"Brightview Westminster Ridge was gorgeous. It was very homey and very clean. They had spacious rooms. I have nothing bad to say about it. The staff was very friendly. Everybody seemed to know everybody, and everybody was on a first name basis there. They had a pub, which was open during my visit. The residents were all in there. They had a movie theater, and I believe there was a movie getting ready to start. "

"My mom was there for about 3 weeks before her passing at age 91. I thought she was taken care of very well. Everyone was so nice, caring n courteous. I was really pleased."

"We hit several places and zeroed in on Providence Place. It is assisted living and nursing care; right now, my mom is in nursing care. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and sizable. The dining area is comfortable, and they have very good food there. It is restaurant-style, so you have options on the menu. The overall atmosphere is friendly, comfortable, and homey. They offer a variety of activities, like bingo and crafts, and outside musical, etc. groups come in for entertainment. Some of the residents actually play the piano, so there’s always something going on. The only problem we had was we moved my mom from outside the area to Providence Place, so she lost her primary care physician and had trouble coordinating to get a new primary physician. "

"Stellar is too mild a word to define the exemplary care, integrity, caring, dignity with which "every" and I mean every member of the Country Meadows staff exuded. The pro activeness in reporting, calling to inform me of my Mom's situation whether in the immediate or this is what we have observed, is literally second to none! Never once did I question their recommendations or actions taken. Lastly, my life was completely "at ease" due to their unwavering care, support, and the best of interests for my Mom's needs. The bond, friendship, and love the staff and I had for one another was unreal. I will miss their ever present smile and asking of me "Is there anything we can do more for Mom." God Bless you guy's, money cannot pay enough for your contribution and I must say "Each and everyone of you are truly special people!" Without any uncertainties, the aforementioned is dead-on true!"

"My mother-in-law used to live at Country Meadows. She was there for two and a half to three years. I would highly recommend this community to others. They're wonderful. "

"I'm very pleased with Providence Place Senior Living of Chambersburg. They have a very high staff tenant ratio and a lot of activities. They do well-checks often. The food is wonderful. My father is very happy there and we are thrilled with it. He's got a small apartment. They have all kinds of different rooms. They have studio apartments and big and small apartments. They have art classes, a pub, entertainment, people come in and play the piano and guitar for them, they have church services, bingo, game nights, and trips. They have so many things. They have a library, a computer room, cooking classes, art classes, and crafts classes. They have five to six activities a day for them to choose from. Every day, they put a list on your door and let you know what's going on, and if you want to do it, you show up; if you don't, you don't. The staff is kind, patient, and very attentive. I saw the food and they're amazing. Because of Covid, we can't eat with them. We still have to wear masks as a visitor or a staff member. The clients or the residents don't have to, but we're still not allowed to be in the dining room with them. My father loves the food. It's almost restaurant-style. You go in and they give you a little menu and you circle what you want. You have to take a lot of elevators though because there are three floors plus the basement, and he's on the second floor."

"My dad is in The Magnolias. The facility is very clean. The management and the nurses there seem very caring. He is getting quality care. The room is a little smaller than I expected, but it is very clean and very nice. The security appears to be very good. You have to sign and ring a bell to go in. The cleanliness that I see is very good. I like that he is taken care of and protected. He cannot get out and hurt himself. They bring food over from another facility that they are connected with, but I think that is going to improve. "

"I can't say enough wonderful things about Claremont. My dad was in there for his final journey and the support, patience, understanding and compassion that was shown by the staff was amazing. The staff handled the stressor of their shifts very well and never once got annoyed with us or anyone else. The Facility was clean and secure. I love how the staff cared for each resident as they were family. My 11 year old daughter was so thankful for them she made the nurses bracelets so say thank you for their kindness."

"I have my husband in a memory care unit at Village Crossing at Worman's Mill. It's lovely. They do a good job. I don't have any major complaints. Nobody is going to take care of your spouse the way you would, but he is being very well taken care of. He is healthy and eating, and so it's okay. They're very friendly, and they remember people's names. They recognize visitors once you've come a couple of times, so that's helpful to have somebody smile at you and welcome you. At the assisted living, they have all kinds of activities. For memory care, they offer exercise classes and physical therapy. They have a common area with a big TV, so you can go watch TV. Every holiday has a special meal. They're very attentive. The dining area and the food are okay. It's not gourmet food, but my husband eats most of it. When I go and have a meal with him, I have no problem with it. I think it's worth the value for money."

"Our overall experience with Silverado Frederick was very good. It was bright, sunny, and very delightful. I liked the general layout. I liked the people that were there, the things that I saw going on, and all the interactions. The overall condition of the place is excellent. The staff we met there were very engaging and very up-to-date. Everyone is trained down to the cleaning crew, so it seems like everybody can help in any way that they are needed."

"Warm Heart seemed very nice, and the rooms were very nice. Everyone there was very nice, and the people staying there looked very happy and very well taken care of. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable, caring, detail-oriented, and seemed like it would have been a nice place. The price was a little high, but the location would have been perfectly convenient. Security was very good. "
