Life Care Center of West Bridgewater seems to be the place that mom wants to go. It has a full facility for rehab through the different levels of care. They don't have assisted living, but they have good care for people who are ambulatory through needing high care. The staff during the tour was lovely and very helpful. She was an assistant to the admissions officer because the admissions officer was not there. She answered all our questions and showed us what we needed to see and introduced us to the chef in the kitchen when we went through the dining room. Everyone there was very helpful. The chef gave us a candy box. The dining area was beautiful. It was a large dining facility that they can go to. They can have their meals in their room if they so desire. There are single and double rooms. The doubles were large and there was plenty of room. They allow you to bring your own chair if it will fit in the room. They allow you to bring some of your own things. It has a lovely patio outside. The people living there are encouraged to go outside when they want to, to take walks. It does have a lovely porch. My mother was actually there during the pandemic and we visited her through the windows of the porches. Finally, one day when it was allowed, when it was a better point in the pandemic, they brought her out. They bring patients out if they can't get out there themselves. They're very accommodating. They have activities there and they have people come in, but I don't know specifics. The food was very good. It's a little older, but it's well kept.

We were impressed with Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. It just seemed as if people were working constantly to maintain and keep everything looking the way it was supposed to be. As far as the rooms, the halls, even the entranceway, and the dining area, everything was very, very clean. They were very, very friendly and very helpful in answering any questions that we had. They've got a rec room where people kind of get together and have these functions. They had a function that day, and it seemed like quite a lot of people participated in it, and they just seemed like a one big group of happy people.

My father is a resident at the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. After multiple short term stays there following hospitalizations, we had to make the difficult decision to place him there for long term care. We could not be more pleased with the exceptional care he receives there. The nursing staff is wonderful and attentive to his needs and wants. They go above and beyond for him and treat him like family. The same can be said about the rehab department. The activities department makes life fun at Life Care for their residents and patients. They recently had a Hawaiian Luau, and worked with the Rehab department to organize an Olympic event. The past year with difficult with Covid restrictions, but we knew our dad was safe and surrounded by staff who love and cared for him when we couldn't be there. I would recommend Life Care Center of West Bridgewater to anyone without hesitation.

My mother stayed at Life Care Center for a couple of months. The environment was very good and the facilities, the care and training that she received there were the best. They gave her therapy not only with her arm, but also with her shoulder. They helped her overcome her problem with balance. She had excellent care there. I would recommend them because they were excellent.
