My mother was a patient, she was bed ridden. She got about the worse care a patient could get. When she called for help they wouldn't go see about her for 20minutes to half hour later. They handled her rough her arms would be all black and blue.. We talked to the superviser about that and nothing ever changed. We finaly had to move her to another town where she got better care.
