I had an aunt in Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation - Franklin 2 years ago. The staff was very caring. They treated her like family, and she loved them. She loved being there. The facilities were very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. She received excellent care there. There was a lady that came in who was a hair stylist. She offered haircuts and styles to the residents. There was an outside seating for them as well. I don't know if you'd call it a courtyard, but they have it. My aunt enjoyed their food. They were on top of making sure everything was maintained. The staff was really committed and really good.
