We have already moved my sister to the Cedars in McPherson. They have a memory unit, and she loves it there. The staff is very good and very conscientious. She eats all of the food and is currently taking physical therapy.

I was at The Cedars, supposedly one of the best facilities in the community. It was clean. They had nursing staff, a beauty salon, and an exercise room, but I couldn’t use that. However, all of a sudden, the chef that could cooked what I needed to have disappeared, and they weren’t catering to me at all. I wasn’t going to have anything to eat for three days. My family went out and bought food for me and brought it in to me; that should have all been supplied. The staff was generally good and also had a very good physical therapy staff that came in and took care of me. Since they fell down on something that was very vital for me, I would have to rate them very low.
