This facility is horrible. The staff are rude and unpleasant to the highest degree. I would strongly recommend you not place anyone you love in their care. I am doing everything possible to have my family member moved to another facility as quick as possible.

...my wife was in there a week and a half before she died. there were times when i would come in and she had been on the toilet for 45 minute waiting for someone to help her off. 5 times i came in and she had craped her diaper and no one was around to help he i had to clean her up and change her diaper. her medicine was always late. she had to put herself on the toilet because no one would help her. there was only one time i came in to the facility that the room alarm were not going off and nobody taking care of them.
