"It is a great place; the staff is wonderful. We don't really have any complaints about it at all because they treat my stepmother very well. It's clean, they have good food, everything's good, and she really enjoys it. She's in a nice-sized room with great windows and great views, it's really bright and cheery, and it's just perfect in every way. She enjoys the people, and she enjoys the staff. They're always as sweet as can be; they are right there for her with anything she needs. She doesn't go out to a lot of activities, but she really likes bingo. They do have craft and a movie time, and she enjoys the tables that they set up for putting puzzles together. For all of the holidays, they always have something special for them, too. It's quite comfortable there. They have a little place in the back where they can sit. She likes going out there and seeing nature. They have chairs in the front where she can sit outside, and she enjoys that, too. The food is also great. I would recommend it to anybody in the area."

"My mother is in the memory care unit. Her care is exceptionally good. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They contact us if they have any questions or need to share concerns. They seem to love their jobs and the elders. Someone mentioned there’s a lot of turnover but if you consider that some of staff are from a nearby college town and some others are military spouses that can be the reason. Some staff have family living there. They follow that adage to treat all elders as if they were a family member. As far as being a distance from a town of size, who cares, rural folks need care facilities too."

"What an amazing care home! Everyone feels welcome and loved. The residents have their privacy. The CNAs are the best in the world! My mother has been to many care homes and we've never been treated as well anywhere else. The staff truly enjoy their jobs. The residents have activities they can attend everyday. There is church every Wednesday and Sunday for those who would like to attend. The children in Centralia Schools come to visit, sing songs, trick or treat, and much more. Great community. The rooms are spacious. "
