Prairie View Residential Care Facility (RCF) provides supportive and skill building services to adults with functional limitations caused by chronic mental illness, intellectual disability, or medical conditions. Services include 24 hour staffing, medication management, on site visits by medical doctor and psychiatrist, transportation to local medical appointments, activities and leisure skill planning and skill building services. The skill building services are provided under the supervision of licensed social work and mental health staff. Topics include coping skills, healthy relationships, & anger management.
