We went to this facility to visit my fianc̩s grandmother. She had been here for about six months. The facility did not smell very clean, and they did not seem to have a lot of staff. It looked like only one nurse was on duty and maybe the aides. In the hour that we were there neither the aides nor the nurse came to check on his grandmother or her roommate. We decided that to bring her home shortly after our visit. Upon getting her home we discovered her cancer wound had not been treated as ordered and it took three weeks to get all of the scabbing off from around the wound. Then they kept her last two social security payments, and have yet to return them. When we call them they are not very professional, and seem to think that they sent the money back and yet social security has not received either payment as of yet.
